At ClubHouse Statues, we want you to feel as iconic as our collections, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please ensure items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
